Started July 5th, 2001, the purpose of this list is to spotlight the modeling efforts of N-scale modelers who are interested in modeling passenger train equipment, as well as to provide for a forum for modelers to exchange ideas on how to approach various passenger car, locomotive, and train modeling projects that are scale specific.

Are you an N-scale modeler who is interested in building or detailing passenger equipment (locomotives and/or cars)? Are you a modeler who has already had experience in modeling various forms of N-scale passenger train equipment? I hope that you will choose to come and join us!!!
(Looking for ideas?  Check out the Files and Photos sections, and also check out the links in the Links section, which includes a large listing of passenger car equipment manufacturers websites.)

If you have any comments, questions or suggestions please feel free to email me.  To email me, just:  YOU MUST REMOVE THE "NOSPAM" FOR THE ADDRESS TO WORK.

You are also invited to visit these websites:
  • The Passenger Car Photo Indexes.  These indexes feature extensive listings of many of the passenger car photos that are posted on the world wide web.  While not all photos are listed, the indexes include many shots that would be of use to the modeler and covers not only revenue passenger equipment but also business cars and "Doodlebug" Motor Cars.
  • Fred Klein's Prototypes for N scale passenger cars website.  This site features information on a variety of ready-to-run passenger car prototypes (when possible to find) as well as an interesting collection of passenger car photos, and is well worth the time it would take to visit and check it out.
  • Ramblin' Russ' Homepage  Russell Straw's small but extremely interesting website includes a photo of a CB&Q EMD E5A powering the Sam Houston Zephyr (kitbashed by Russell) as well as a few steam locomotives that are greatly of interest.  I do hope you will take time to check this site out!!!

  • So climb aboard... I hope that you will enjoy the ride!!!
